Strawberry
Milkshakes
Introduction:
Ingredients:
• 250g
of finely sliced strawberries.
• 1 cup of milk.
• 2
Sweet vanilla yogurts. Each should be about 125g.
• Sugar, based off your taste.
Method:
1. In
a blender, add in all the ingredients and blend them together (The amount of
sugar to be added is up to your preferences.)
2. Serve into a tall glass, you can add some slices of strawberry at the top of the glass for extra
decoration.
Notes:
- The recipe has a serving size of around 2 glasses. This can vary depending on your glass size.
- You can substitute the milk and yogurt with 2 cups of orange juice instead if you are lactose intolerant, or simply don't enjoy dairy products!
Strawberry milkshake is my absolute favorite smoothie! I used to whip it up with just milk, but now I can't wait to try your recipe—it's going to take my smoothie game to a whole new level!
