Introduction :


Avocado juice with milk, dates, and almonds is a luxurious and nutrient-rich blend that brings together the creamy goodness of avocados, the natural sweetness of dates, and the nutty flavor of almonds. Ideally as a dip, dressing, or even a refreshing drink, this avocado juice is packed with healthy fats, fiber, and essential vitamins.  ingredients:

  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 7 dates
  • 50 g almonds
  • Sugar as desired
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


Method:

- With a blender put your purified avocado, almonds, pitted dates, sugar, and few drops of squeezed lemon. 

- Blend your ingredients until smooth, and pour into a cup.

- Feel free to garnish with a date or some almonds!


Notes:

- Feel free to use water as a substitute for the milk.

- Honey can be used as a healthier alternative to the sugar. 

- Feel free to adjust the amount of liquid added based on what consistency you want. The more milk, the more runny the juice will be, and the less milk then the more thick the juice will be.
